US Visa Waiver Program 2025: Full List of Eligible Countries Just Released—Is Yours Included?

The Visa Waiver Program 2025 now includes 42 eligible countries. Citizens holding compliant biometric e‑passports can apply for ESTA, pay USD 21, and enjoy up to 90 days in the U.S. for tourism or business—without a visa. Restrictions apply for travelers with certain recent visits or dual citizenship from countries of concern. India is not in the program yet. For ineligible travelers, traditional visa options remain available.
